Apron Swap Sent

Here's the apron I created for my swap partner. Made from vintage fabric, (a flea market find I had been hoarding) and I used a vintage pattern from my Grandmother, then added some deatails of my own to make it extra special.

I also knitted a scarf in one of my favorite patterns.

Then I made a jingly holiday banner. Very fun!

We had to choose a seasonal word and send an item for each letter. I chose SANTA and my items were
S- snuggly scarf
A- assorted chocolates
N- nostalgic holiday banner
T- three tea towels
A- apron
Here they are all wrapped up and ready to pack.

Now I just have to wait for my favorite part of the swap, hearing from my partner when she receives her swap package.

Hi Linda,
We learn so much about each during swaps, don't we? For example, I now know that you go WAY above and beyond for your swaps! Your swap partner will come unglued when she sees all the goodies you've made!

Oh I wanted to tell you too, your peppermint tag was gorgeous...love the baby blue jingle bell on top! Wherever do you find such things?

Hey, what are you doing new year's eve...wanna join our new years eve all night craft party? Come to my blog and check out the details!

Hugs and merry christmas!
